Take time off
When is the last time you planned a vacation? Have no funds for vacation take a staycation and take short day trips
Reflect, journal your feelings
Don’t know what to write? Ask these 5 questions
What am I grateful for?
If money wasn’t a factor what would you be doing differently?
What stories are you creating that are holding you back?
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Setting limits, learning to say “no”. What is one thing you can let go of or say “no” to?
Stop rushing
Rushing gets you nowhere fast! For example, a person might cut you off on the road so and you both pull up to the stop light at the same time.
Let go of what you don’t have control over
