As a mother of three incredibly talented boys aged 16, 19, and 21. My journey has consistently led me to leadership roles in sports, academics, and my career, despite facing my share of challenges. Diagnosed with dyslexia late in high school, my learning difficulties were hidden behind a 3.8 GPA, but with vision therapy and finding my faith in God, I overcame this obstacle and earned both my BSN and an MA in Leadership Early on, I realized that fostering creativity, a growth mindset, and quick witty thinking was essential for providing a fulfilling education and safe environment for my curious and energetic boys, which ultimately taught me valuable lessons in leadership.

As Founder and CEO of Leadership Within, she draws from her faith and vast experience as a healthcare executive to guide individuals and organizations toward greater purpose and impact. With a master's degree in leadership and a nursing background, Megan leads with an infectious blend of enthusiasm, presence, and a deep passion for interpersonal growth. Whether working one-on-one or with large groups, her relatable, honest, and motivational approach is shaped by the real-life experiences of a mom, hobby farmer, wife, and Christian woman. Megan's progressive leadership style and service on the advisory board of a women's leadership program make her a powerful force for positive change.
